These are New Mexico theme cookie cutters manly used for bizcochitos. These make 3 inch by 1/4 inch depth cookies. Colors will be random. hand wash only.
the size of these cookie cutters were perfect! the design raised enough to leave an imprint only and the depth to cut the cookie perfect!
